What inspired me to go back to school is my kids and my family. I was working as a pharmacy tech and quickly found my limitations. I wanted to be able to help others more through drug research, development and distribution. I could not do this as a pharmacy tech I needed to further my education. My Family encouraged me to pursue furthering my education even though it meant us all making sacrifices. I also wanted my kids to see me following my passions and teach my kids how to do the same, not settle. Fun back to school stuff! :D I also have a fun back to school Pinterest board Life is sweet ;p

One hour of sourdough bread is totally possible. I don’t like being told I can’t do something. Well that was the case with quick sourdough bread. I was looking all over the internet for a quick sourdough bread when I finally found one and started reading it. It took twelve hours, sorry but that is not my version of quick. So I took matters into my own hands and came up with my one hour sourdough bread recipe ;p you're welcome!
Side note I love to listen to music while cooking and my apple pro pods are amazing find them Here One Hour Whole Wheat Sourdough Bread Recipe Ingredients:
Heat the water to 110 degrees and add yeast, let it activate for 5-10 minutes. Add all the other ingredients into your mixer while you're waiting then pour your water and yeast mixture and mix. Covering the bowl with a towel and letting it sit for 30 minutes or longer is fine too. If I have time I will leave overnight. Then add a little flour and shape into a ball let rise while the oven is preheating. Preheat the oven to 500 degrees with a Dutch oven in the oven ( I use my cast iron Dutch oven like the one found Here). I offset the lid on my Dutch oven while preheating otherwise it smokes really bad. Once the oven is preheated, drop the dough ball into your hot Dutch oven, put the lid on and bake for 30 minutes. Remove from the Dutch oven right away and let cool on a rack or I put mine on the grate of my stove burner. Cut and enjoy ;p Life is sweet ;p Having your milk supply diminish is a scary thing. So naturally when you think that is happening you want to explore every avenue available to help. Well I was having trouble with my own milk supply and this soup was very helpful. Not only is it nutritious and soothingly good for the soul but good for your milk supply! Win win! The whole family loved it too. Galactogogues aka lactogenic foods can also help boost supply. They are pretty normal foods too. They include:

I love zucchini but I only ever am given one or two and like twenty yellow squash. I don't get it. But whatever it is my reality so I make zucchini bread with zucchini and you guessed it yellow squash. Zucchini Bread Recipe This recipe make about 4 loaves of bread Ingredients:
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Coat 4 9x5 inch Loaf pan s with butter and flour or I actually used sugar instead of flour and it gave it a delicious caramelized crust soo good! In a large bowl, add the grated zucchini, sugar, brown sugar, applesauce, oil, eggs, and vanilla. Whisk until well combined. Add the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Stir just until no dry flour remains, trying not to over mix. Pour the batter into the loaf pan. Bake for 50-55 minutes. A toothpick inserted into the center of the bread should come out with moist crumbs on it. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes. Remove from the pan and transfer to a wire cooling rack to cool completely before slicing. Or enjoy hot with butter ;) Approximate Nutrition: Serving: 1/12th of the bread | Calories: 213kcal | Carbohydrates: 35g | Protein: 3g | Fat: 7g | Saturated Fat: 5g | Cholesterol: 31mg | Sodium: 158mg | Potassium: 135mg | Sugar: 22g | Vitamin A: 105IU | Vitamin C: 5.4mg | Calcium: 23mg | Iron: 1mg Breakfast, brunch, snack, healthy dessert, kid tested and approved, AmericanKeyword best zucchini bread ever, easy zucchini bread, zucchini bread recipe Life is sweet ;pGetting into grad school is only the first step, then comes how to pay for it! So I went to all the different scholarship search engines and have been trying them all. I found bold.org to be a huge asset. It’s free and let’s you build a profile once and you use it over and over again to submit to all their different scholarships. Bold.org also gives you your own personal dashboard to keep track of all the scholarships you’ve applied to and your standings in the scholarship. Which I find extremely helpful because when you are mass applying keeping track of which scholarships you have applied to and checking back on them to make sure you don’t have to provide more information or you won and don’t know. Anyway bold.org is a huge resource and should not be skipped in your own journey to fund your education! I have only been using it for the past month and have applied to over 39 scholarships! My goal is to apply to at least one scholarship a day. I am hoping that the numbers pan out and I get enough to pay for my education. We will see, I will keep you all updated on this journey as I go! So check back for more tips on what worked for me so you know where to put your own efforts.
